Board Meetings and Community Events

We're looking forward to seeing you at back-to-school nights, theater events, and community potlucks! Our Family Inclusion Group is open to all Laurel Tree adults and is looking for ways to welcome and include you in our school.  Everyone is welcome to attend Board Meetings. The agendas and minutes can be found below.  If you would like to receive our weekly newsletter send a request to laureltree_lc@yahoo.com and we'll add you to our list.

Board Meetings

Meetings are generally on the third Tuesday of the month.  Everyone is welcome and the public is invited to comment.  They are usually in person at the main site.  Agendas are sent out in the weekly newsletter, The Leaf, as well as posted at the office.

Potluck and Performance

At the end of each quarter we gather together as a community for a student performance and a potluck.  This year's Potluck and Performances are scheduled for: 
Thursday, October 30th
Thursday, January 22nd
Thursday, April 2nd
Thursday, June 11th (Last day of school picnic)

Back-to-School Night

This year our back-to-school night is  September 9th.  This is an opportunity for you to meet teachers, hear about the curriculum we're using and the big projects we have planned, as well as ask questions, and get connected with your teachers.   There is also a Board Meeting on this night!

Our end-of-year picnic features pinatas from the different classes, and the kindergarten family camping trip features s'mores.
